Fine Art PrintsThe matte and frame have a 5-year limited warranty. This warranty excludes abuse, neglect, or other damage caused careless handling of the artwork, including dropping, water damage, use of abrasive cleansers or caustic chemicals to clean the frame or glass, broken glass not due to AuNaturel Photography, Inc. packing and shipping, and the like.
No fine art print should be left in direct sunlight for any extended period of time. Leaving a museum-quality fine art print by AuNaturel Photography, Inc. in the sun for an extended period of time voids the lifetime warranty on the print.
Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, first contact AuNaturel Photography for a Return Authorization Code. You will be required to describe in detail the reason for the warranty claim.Upon receipt of the Return Authorization Code, send the fine art print in its original matte and frame to the address provided in the same email as the Return Authorization Code.
If the original limited edition fine art print is no longer available, another print of your choice may be substituted for the original. If the value of the replacement fine art print is 50% greater than the current value of the original print, a surcharge may apply.
Returns
Within 30 days of receipt of your fine art print, the print, in its original matte and frame, may be returned for full credit of the original purchase price towards the purchase of another AuNaturel Photography, Inc. fine art print of equal or greater value. If the new print chosen is of greater value, you need only pay the difference in price, plus shipping and handling.Send an email to AuNaturel Photography for a Return Authorization Code. You will be required to describe in detail the reason for the return. Include the name of the fine art print you would like to replace the returned print.
If exchange is desired for a print of lesser value, a credit will be maintained towards a future AuNaturel Photography, Inc. purchase.
Only one exchange of prints is allowed per purchase.
Hanging your Artwork
Hang the fine art print in a conspicuous place with the center of the piece at eye-level (~5.5 feet or 165cm). A low-intensity light may be used to illuminate the artwork.Care of Your Fine Art Print

Never use an abrasive cleanser or caustic chemicals to clean the frame or glass.
